This is a Passion for something that was a great enjoyment for 2 guys in the Competition world of Barbecue.
Jamie and Phillip came together to have a little place to serve the community around them their style of bbq. After winning many awards and being on T.V. they came to serve their great bbq. But still competitive Jamie came up with the Sadie and Phillip told his mom well he got my potato so Phillip came up with the Jambo Texan. Both are great hits with the customers and taste great. You better have a big appetite cause they ain't small. After a time Phillip got sick and had to leave the shack and Jamie carried on with the shack till it was time for him to change directions and retire. So he sold the shack then it was just sold again to a couple who knows the 2 originals from the competition world and so they brought back the service and great food and all the original recipes and crew. Even Phillips mom came in the other day telling stories about the grand kid taking orders and cleaning up tables at I think she was 5 years old.
It is back to being family. Come enjoy the great smoked barbecue.
